RED AND WHITE WINES TASTING

A complete journey through some of the most representative wines of Italy, exploring different regions, grape varieties and winemaking traditions.
Everything about your Red and White Wine Tasting
The tasting begins with a Crémant de Bourgogne Extra Brut from Louis Bouillot, made from Chardonnay and Aligoté and aged 18 months on the lees without added sulfites. It is followed by a refined Franciacorta Satèn from La Torre, made with 100% Chardonnay, partially aged in barrique and matured 42 months on the lees.
From Northern Italy you will taste a Sauvignon Blanc from Le Monde in Friuli Venezia Giulia, briefly macerated and aged on its lees in steel, followed by a Müller Thurgau from Fondazione Edmund Mach in Trentino Alto Adige, aged six months in steel and two months in bottle.
The red wine selection includes a Barbera d’Alba DOC from Pertinace in Piemonte, aged at least nine months in Slavonian oak barrels, and concludes with a Bolgheri Rosso DOC from La Sorgiva in Tuscany, a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged in barrique and bottle.
The experience is accompanied by a tasting of locally produced olive oil.
